Pastor John Gakwaya, D. Min.
Before becoming the founder of the DCC, Pastor John immigrated from Rwanda, Africa; where he also, founded the Kigali Free Methodist Church. He served as a Teacher, Pastor and Superintendent in the Free Methodist Church in Rwanda.
