Dinner Cook




  • Ability to cook tasty food, following common sense food safety guidelines and RAIHN menu guidelines

  • Flexible, can adapt recipes for allergies or special diets

  • Attended RAIHN Training – optional  




  • Work with the host partner to select the menu

  • Purchase ingredients (save receipts)

  • Have dinner ready at the church at 6:00 pm

  • Help set out the food

  • Collect dishes at a later time

  • Submit receipts for reimbursement or else request a receipt for your donation




  • Have the food ready to go at 6:00 pm dinner hour

  • Cooks are encouraged to sign up to be a dinner host (if they have RAIHN network training) if their schedule permits.
